The Birds of Prey Centre at Sion Hill Hall in Kirby Wiske in Thirsk is home to many vultures, falcons and eagles which take to the air three times a day in flying demonstrations, held at 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm (weather permitting). Go along and watch their majesterial soaring - and you may even get a chance to get up close and personal in a handling session after their flight.
